But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

The Acme grocery store next to the Kenilworth hotel is excellent. People seemed to be very friendly. I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. We love the kenilworth. It is always clean and the staff members we came in contact with are very nice and good at what they do. The furnishings are up to date and parking is free and easy. We also appreciate the free airport shuttle.JenniferUnited States of America

The staff were friendly. I just felt 200.00 for a Friday evening was quite high for what we received. The bed was comfortable and it had a refrigerator, which was convenient. The back door was supposed to lock with pass key entrance. We found that it did not lock, which is a safety concern.

I called the hotel and they arranged a car using Lyft. Within 10 minutes there was a car from Lyft and problem soved. My room was nice, big and very clean. I couldn't open the window to get some fresh air in but further than that, it was good. I missed a restaurant in this hotel.
