A lovely old hotel in a very nice location. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ruins of San Pedro. Great value for money with a very nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor.
Apartment was well equipped, clean and the host met us with the keys. He was charming and very helpful. The location is on the outskirts of Viana. It's a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Parking was on the street and free. Note that it is an uphill walk to the walled historic heart of Viana, c 500 metres. We did not attempt to park in the city but you can drive up there.
located right at the end of the High Street in amongst great restaurants, cafes and sites the location is perfect to explore Viana. We did not use the restaurant or cafe, although they looked good. The rooms were large, air-conditioned, clean and had everything we needed. In all a great stay.
I had a perfect relaxing night after a long day of hiking. The staff was extremely forthcoming and helpful. The hotelroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent. There was no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was fine. I hope to stay there again in the future.
excellent hotel right by the motorway, we were travelling to Santander to catch the ferry back to the UK.
comfortable beds, great shower.
Spotlessly clean, COVID rules adhered to, dog friendly and a reasonably priced restaurant on site.
Friendly, efficient staff.
Fantastic value. Easy check in and check out. Room is large and spacious. Great to soak in bathtub for change. Everything in room and hotel itself very functional and well laid out. Good bed. Completely enjoyed my stay for a night on camino.
We stayed one night while on the Camino. Accommodation in Viana was in short supply. Spotless clean, great location, access was straightforward, and the staff person was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
2 full bedrooms, a great kitchen ‘ living space.
I liked that the apartment had lots of windows with multiple rows of clothes lines to hang clothes, and the washing machine was a bonus. Thanks for the detergent!
Hotel room was very comfortable. Easy to park and free. Location good with a petrol station opposite the hotel. We would recommend this hotel especially if your travelling to or from Santander.
Staff saved the day by picking us up as we came into Viana on the Camino and then could not find the street on the map as it was way below the old city. Very clean and nicely appointed.
it was ok for a 4* hotel, however not exceptional, we liked the fact that it was out of town, however resembled a shopping mall rather than a hotel overall
