The host was very very nice, he made us a very nice breakfast. He was so cheerful, we also loved that the hostel had a very nice 6 single bed bedroom. At night it was raining so we had very nice and cold weather. It was a great relief from the hot summer.

While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide. We loved the food especially the octopus at Garnacha. Additionally, we enjoyed visiting St. Anthony Chapel. There are many stores should you need to pickup supplies on your Camino route.

The grounds and the building are in a phenomenal state, are extraordinarily well cared for. The floor and wall tilework, the bathroom fittings, and the windows are of extraordinary quality. There is a small pool in the back for use by guests. No food on the property, but many restaurants nearby. The property is set back two blocks form the main road cutting through the town.
