I really did not see the city as arrived as a pilgrim late...
I really did not see the city as arrived as a pilgrim late in the afternoon. Leaving the city on foot the next morning, I enjoyed a huge city park/nature preserve following the river. That was gorgeous and full of ducks and plants and runners and locals enjoying a Saturday morning.

But the 100 percent real prize of this stay was my receptionist, Rosa (and her little dog). We chatted, and she made me feel so welcome and so special. I can't wait to see her again in the future. For this purpose it was quite good as it provided a clean comfortable room with shower. The restaurant is across the street and had a nice dinner as well. The hotel is on the Camino but it is a few kilometers from the town of Lalin.
