The hotel is a money trap.
The hotel is a money trap. The hotel shares unclear and incomplete information in the reservation process. The suggestion is that you can arrive after 18.00 when you book the hotel. However, when you contact after booking, the hotel they say that it not possible. A request for a refund is also refused. The hotel also offers rooms for 2 persons but when you fill in one name of one guest, the hotel prepares a room for 1 person. You can pay addional at arrival, even when the hotel knows. The hotel is not interested in customers, the hotel is interested in cheap money. My advice: do not go to this hotel unless you look for a disappointment.HenkNetherlands - 8.0Scored 8.0

The worst thing about this hotel's location is that it is far from the nearest bus stop by approximately 20 minutes which makes it difficult to walk around at night if you are coming back to the hotel since there are no lights in the streets surrounding the hotel making it dangerous at night if you don't have a car.AAnonymousEgypt
