An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

Located in Rockville, Tyler Inn at Zion provides accommodation with seating area. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We loved our hosts availability for every question! We went to Zion to hike so it was great that you could take coffee to go and they would add a Muffin or something else for breakfast. They gave us. Lot of advice and we felt really at home! everything was super clean! We can only recommend to stay there if you visit Zion!

Located in Boulder Town, Annie's Place Bed & Breakfast features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Location was great! Near cute restaurants/ coffee shops. Beautiful site and the bikes were fun to use!

Situated in Tropic, 21 km from Sunrise Point, Happy Trails BnB provides accommodation with a fitness room. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. Room was spacious and clean. Self entry was efficient and easy. Breakfast was delicious and loved chatting with staff and other guests. It was a bonus to use the laundry as well. Plus, resident cat Garfield was really cute and affectionate!

Set just 28 km from Mesa Arch, Hideout at the Rim features accommodation in Moab with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. Location was perfect, it had great character and it was lovely to mix with the other guests. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.

Set in Salt Lake City and only 18 km from The Tabernacle, Guest Suite at The Red House basement attached with private entrance offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private... A beautiful house with a long an interesting family history. The guest rooms were decorated with so much love and detail, I felt welcomed and at home right away. Highly recommend!

Located in Springdale, 800 metres from Zion National Park, Novel House Inn at Zion provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. It was fabulous! The view from the bedroom was to the mountains, the owner was so nice and helpful, the bed super comfy, and even the small details are great: the cookies and lemonade in the afternoon for the guests, the little chocolate in the bedroom, the cute books decoration :) They also allow you to leave the car in the parking even during the day you check out, what is super helpful!
