The location of the hostel is a bit of out of the center but it’s easy to go around with Uber or public bus. The kitchen has few equipment to cook, which is not the best but still sufficient.

One night we had an ad-hoc, family-style BBQ during which Leo assisted us with the purchase and proper grilling techniques for the local Argentine meat. The hostel is a roughly 40-minute walk from the trailheads for a couple highly recommended day hikes as well. While the location is outside of the tourist center, you can catch the colectivos for free into town or take an Uber for around 2.000 pesos. Overall, it was a warm and familial environment with guests from many countries alongside Argentineans where you can comfortably cook yourself a nice meal and share a drink with other guests. For me it was a perfect stay in Ushuaia. A local house where you feel the atmosphere and coziness and also have wonderful views from room, kitchen and the garden. Located near the intersection of roads to the town center, airport and Tierra del Fuego National Park. Not in the city center but I see it as an advantage because it's more quiet and there's more space. The center is just 2 km away which is either a very cheap Uber ride (1-2 EUR at the time when I was staying) or just around half an hour of a nice walk. The hosts were very nice and helpful with everything, I enjoyed my stay a lot and wish I stayed longer.

Comfortable rooms with free WiFi are offered in Ushuaia only 300 metres from San Martin Street, the city's commercial area. The B&B can arrange excursions at a discount for its guests. We really, really enjoyed our stay at B&B Nahuel in Ushuaia. Our room was warm and clean with a smart tv so we could log into Netflix and enjoy some home comforts after a long day hiking. The breakfast was amazing - which our hosts made us to go without any problems at all - included cheese and ham toasties, pastries, fruit, eggs and fresh coffee. They went out of their way to offer us advice and arranged for a couple of day excursions. They even have several cute pups who are often sleeping in the communal area. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Located 600 metres from San Martin commercial avenue, Bed and Breakfast Aijpel offers a common kitchen, free WiFi, and breakfast in Ushuaia. Castor ski centre is 30 km away. The place is clean beautiful. The downtown is within walking distance, near to the best restaurants and places to buy souvenirs. Breakfast was amazing and hosts are incredibly kind and polite.

Featuring panoramic lake and sunset views, Hosteria Kaiken is a charming historic house built in 1964 in inner Tierra del Fuego. There is a restaurant. Fagnano Lake is 150 metres away. Awesome location with lake view. Charming staff, very helpful. Breakfast had good variety. We were also pleased with the dinner at the restaurant. Wi-fi in the room worked well.

Comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only 7 blocks from Ushuaia’s main street. The room was very clean and spacious. Excellent hosts who speak English fluently and provide extensive information. It is possible to book tours through the owners. Breakfast is very tasty. Good location, a ten-minute walk to the city centre. Perfect place to stay in Ushuaia.
