    Boarding begins 30 minutes before the cruise departure or booked time. Please arrive 15 minutes before boarding.

    Please make sure that you select the tour with lunch if you wish to have a traditional creole lunch.

    Please note that the tour provider reserves the right to substitute boats if necessary.

    Please note that the Steamboat Natchez will be out of service for Coast Guard inspections and maintenance once a year. The tour will be conducted on the sister vessel, the Riverboat City of New Orleans, during this period.

    Please walk to the departure point if possible.

    This tour begins at the Grey Line Lighthouse ticket office on Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River, at the Steamboat Natchez Dock. Please arrive 15 minutes before boarding. Please note that the New Orleans Steamboat Company and Gray Line New Orleans share the Lighthouse ticket office. Please make sure you head to the Gray Line window with your voucher to collect your tickets.
