In this experience, you'll have the opportunity to visit a typical riad and learn how to prepare traditional dishes with a Moroccan chef.
First, you’ll meet with a professional chef in a Villa house of Hay Riad's district and head to the nearby groceries store in the medina to shop for the perfect ingredients for your recipes.
During this class, your experienced instructor will share a short lesson about Moroccan food and teach you how to prepare some of the country’s most emblematic dishes, including Couscous, Tajine, Pastilla and Rfissa.
