This day trip from Beirut allows you to explore the natural beauty of Lebanon and visit its cultural highlights. After a hotel pickup, you'll journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Byblos, one of the oldest known Phoenician cities. Here, you'll visit the 12th-century Byblos Castle and explore the town's archaeological site that contains two ancient temples. You can also shop at a well-known souk.

Along with Byblos, you'll visit the town of Harissa to take a gondola ride up to the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon. The 8.5-yard statue of the Virgin Mary is an important pilgrimage destination for Christians. From the shrine, you'll have panoramic views of the Bay of Jounieh below. To complete the trip, you'll also tour the caves, rock formations and underground river of the massive Jeita Grotto.
