On this tour, you'll set out to explore the city of Jakarta and its confluence of cultures. You'll get to see the cloud-piercing National Monument built to commemorate the struggle for Indonesian independence.
With your guide, you'll walk along the neighbourhood of Kota Tua, also known as Old Batavia. The tour will take you to the old port of Sunda Kelapa, situated at the mouth of the Ciliwung River. Here, you'll see the contrast between the busy fish market and the serene waterside. You'll then get to see the impressive Istiqlal Mosque, one of the largest mosques in Southeast Asia.
