Minden megvolt a pici apartmanban, ami egy háztartásban szükséges. Az egyik fal csupa ablak volt, gyönyörű kilátással, automata redőnnyel. Légkondival. Minden tiszta volt. Kisbolt a szomszédban.

Persze a sörsátor üzemeltetői/feltöltői a téren és a takarítógép hajnalban nem volt csendes. A felszereltség és a szoba mérete nagyon jó. Nagy gardróbszekrény is van a bejárat mellett. A tulajnak saját sörfőzdéje és bárja van a földszinten. Az apartman tágas volt, megfelően felszerelt konyhával. 10 perc séta a pályaudvar és a belváros.
